9. Leadership and communication
Finstral strongly believes in leadership with clearly defined goals, tasks and competencies, and expects all management employees to uphold the leadership responsibilities which they assume. Mutual respect for agreements as well as transparent documentation and reporting are part and parcel of our corporate culture. Due provision is made for employee involvement through management committees, innovation and quality circles, and performance appraisals, all of which are enshrined in the company’s organisational procedures.
