Villa in Augsburg

A renovated single-family villa, situated in a quiet green area: thanks to the new large glass window surfaces and lift and slide doors in the extremely narrow and modern Slim-line frame design, it now shines with an elegant splendour. As the construction schedule had already slipped, there was not much time for delivery and installation. No problem for the FIN-Fix mounting frame, which was plastered into the masonry during the wet construction phase in the bodyshell. Only upon completion of the rough construction work did Finstral then install the actual window element during the dry construction phase, thus protecting it from damage during the construction phase. This allowed both the mounting frames and the windows to be delivered and installed quickly, smoothly and according to plan, despite the tight schedule.
On the upper floor, the Venetian blinds in the Twin composite sash provide flexibly adjustable sun protection and are also easy to clean – the shade is located in the gap between panes and is therefore well protected from dust and dirt.
