Passive house in Valencia

FIN-Window, FIN-Door and FIN-Slide: energy-efficient and secure.

The horizontally arranged brownish façade bricks are tactfully interrupted by the anthracite grey vertical lines of the window frames. White satin frames on the interior make for a flowing transition to the pale walls. The Nova-line sashes, with their very narrow frames and maximum glazed area, met the requirement for minimalist aesthetics.

This certified passive house guarantees ideal sun protection and optimal energy savings: in the bedrooms, the FIN-Window windows are equipped with Twin composite sashes for individually adjustable sun protection. The PVC in the core provides optimum thermal insulation, while the Sun-Block 3 triple insulating glass effectively keeps out heat on very hot days and ensures stable interior temperatures. In terms of burglary protection, the mushroom head pin fittings, lockable handles and P4A glazing of the windows all meet the criteria of resistance class RC 2. The stylish entry door provides access to the house.
