New single-family house in Spain

With this modestly sized house in a green setting near the Spanish city of Gijón, someone has clearly made his or her personal dream come true. With much more than a little help from Finstral. With our FIN-Window system, the FIN-Slide lift-and-slide door and Nova-line, the slenderest of all frame models, we have added a boldly aesthetic touch to the material and colour richness of the façade. Movable floor-to-ceiling window units on the ground floor make the outdoor area feel like an extension of the living space. And the challenge – one which we always relish – was to cater for all the various sizes and shapes of the window openings. Our aim, after all, is to make windows not for the house, but for each individual indoor space. The frame materials and colours vary even between interior and exterior. While uPVC in Oak wood decor enhances the stylish interior, aluminium in Anthracite with a slightly grainy texture delivers the perfect combination of beauty and weather resistance on the exterior.
