Windows as links between tradition and modernity.
The hotel is located in a segmented building complex whose redesign was intended to combine historicity with a contemporary reinterpretation of the space. The slender frames and angular contours of the Slim-line design line turn the windows into intermediaries between traditional and modern architectural styles. On the inside, sash frames of dark real wood with aluminium frames suggest a style that is receptive and modern, all while remaining welcoming and warm.
In functional terms, the use of triple glazing reduces the noise level to 42 dB, providing optimal insulation and a low degree of light transmission. FIN-Fix ensured smooth installation: the frames were set during the wet construction phase, with details for the joint – from extensions and insulated windowsill joints to solar protection guide rails – all already integrated. Finstral windows thus once again set the standard for combining functionality and aesthetics in modern window construction.
