High-rise building in Augsburg

The old aluminium windows in this 16-storey high-rise building had to be replaced with new windows, all without altering the existing façade. The innovative slide-in installation provided a quick, simple and effective solution. Only the old sashes and fittings were removed, with a new profile inserted into the frame from the interior. The Nova-line sashes, with the glass covering the frames on the exterior, ensured the entire façade was preserved. Both sound and heat insulation were considerably improved. Fitted in the composite sashes, maintenance-free Venetian blinds provide protection on sunny days.
