Replacing 500+ windows in a short space of time? Finstral’s slide-on installation makes it possible: the old frame is cut back and covered with new frames and joint profiles then, after just two hours, the new window can be installed. The replacement operation could thus be perfectly planned, with the renovation of the windows at OHU – a supplier of sand, gravel and more in Iffezheim, near Baden-Baden – accomplished smoothly. There was no need to interrupt the company's operations or evacuate its offices. Nor was scaffolding or major intervention in the building fabric required, thus saving considerable money, time and effort.
The new elements offer noticeably better thermal insulation. The new window walls with solar control glass and the windows with easy-care Venetian blinds in the gap between panes mean excellent sun protection. The grey aluminium frames perfectly match the modern, functional architectural design of the refurbished white façade. A double-sash aluminium entry door secures the entrance.
