For their elegant new build, the clients wanted slim windows and lift-and-slide doors that would let plenty of light into the room and match the building’s aesthetics – as well as being so big, you might feel you are sitting outside. The individual components should also ensure good insulation.
No combination was better suited to this purpose than the windows, glass walls and lift-and-slide doors of the super-slim Nova-line and Step-line designs, with their aluminium cladding in matt jet black. The large glass surfaces set off the dark façade, giving it a lighter tone. At the same time, they permit maximum light incidence and wonderful views. The windows combine the outstanding material properties of aluminium and PVC in the frame core: as a material, PVC offers outstanding sealing and thermal insulation, while aluminium is dimensionally stable, weather resistant over time and will not discolour. The result: an elegant home that offers shelter from the elements at any time of year.
