The white façade of the new building is subtly interposed with Anthracite Metallic aluminium frames. The slender Nova-line window design of FIN-Window lends the building its minimalist modern style: from the inside, the large glass surfaces of the lift-and-slide door and the windows discreetly frame the view.

The main aims were energy efficiency, solar control and burglary protection. Our triple solar control glass was the best choice here: as it reduces heat gain by 30% compared to standard glass, the interior temperature will remain stable for longer. The heat-retaining argon gas filling and the high-quality glass spacers optimise the insulation, while security is provided by the mushroom-head pivot fitting, P4A glazing and lockable handles of the windows (resistance class RC 2), plus the five-point locking of the entry door with its two swivel bolts, two latch bolts and one bolt with a door handle.
