Residential complex in Cologne

The white façade of this solid structure is characterised by different shades of green that simultaneously give an impression of lightness. The windows with their grey satin-finish PVC frames slot in almost like cubes, blending harmoniously with the green colours. In the interiors, the colour makes a gentle contrast with the white walls, pleasantly matching the dark tint of the floor.

The priority for this project was increased protection against burglary, especially on the ground floor. All Finstral windows are secured as standard with at least four security locking points. The Multiprotect laminated safety glass, with glass panes bonded by a highly tear-resistant film, provides additional protection against break-ins. The Mediterran double glazing provides effective solar protection, permitting 25% less heat to enter compared with standard glass. All making for a well-protected, pleasant home.
