Old factory in Lana

A modern, 2023-built residential, commercial and service block stands proudly on the site of a former jam factory. The only vestige of the original fabric is one wall corner with an old fresco. The brief called for the faithful recreation of the original north and east façades with their gridded layout of large windows – no easy task given the demands of the interior design. Depending on the interior occupancy, Finstral added aluminium infill panels to the fenestration. Thanks to the special blue tone, the new visuals blend well with the existing mosaic. Aluminium frames in the colour Anthracite Metallic fine texture sit happily with the overall composition.
FIN-Vista window walls vouch for brightly lit ground-floor commercial units while generously glazed sliding doors guarantee barrier-free movement between inside and outside for the apartments. And the Nova-line Plus sash model with black-enamelled glass edges readily meets the desire for stylish architecture.
