New complex near Stuttgart

From the south-east, the construction appears as an ordinary residential complex: systematically arranged and perfectly integrated into its surroundings. From the north-west, however, the architecture reveals captivatingly daring forms. The angular terraces, projecting to different degrees, give the building its distinctive, edgy character.

The windows and lift-and-slide doors, of PVC with a white satin finish on both sides, ensure a uniform look on the façade and in the living areas. The smart PVC surfaces are high-quality and easy to clean: because the micropores are sealed during the manufacturing process, no dust can settle. The entrance area to each apartment was equipped with an entry door of dark grey aluminium. Using assembly frames allowed the door frame and new door to be installed after the rough construction work had been completed, thus eliminating dirt and damage.
