Modern single-family house in Marsala

The client's brief for this 2019-built single-family house on Sicily called for maximum energy efficiency, security and sound-proofing against a busy road – all to be achieved without any external barriers or shielding constructions. This was the cue for Finstral with its premium-quality solutions. Not only does the FIN-Project Nova-line window system with Twin coupled sash guarantee top security standards and sound insulation values, it also provides the necessary visual privacy and solar protection in this Mediterranean setting through the incorporation of light-proof interstitial pleated blinds. The impeccable performance is complemented by uncompromising aesthetics. The aluminium frames – in the colour Sablé Anthracite on interior and exterior – harmonise perfectly with the dark grey of the façade.
Colour-matched with the window frames, the FIN-Door front door is a further striking feature of the contemporary composition: the stylish leaf with its continuous surface and bar handle was custom-designed.
