What was to be done with two buildings that needed renovation in the centre of Bergamo? The client opted for a complete refurbishment with maximum upward valuation of the property. And so the six-storey buildings were transformed into a 6,500-square-metre residential complex with commercial units – an energy-efficient, technologically state-of-the-art solution. Optimum sound insulation and thermal insulation, plenty of daylight and high-quality aesthetics – these were the criteria in the selection of the windows and sliding doors. So specially manufactured windows and doors from Finstral were used: FIN-Project Nova-line Plus with its frame-covering all-glass look, edge enamelling and narrow frame profiles. The modular system allowed the materials and colours on the inside of the window frame to be combined individually so as to match the interior design.
