Apartment building in Eindhoven

With 40 apartments, a lot of windows were needed – 100 to be precise! And, for this charismatic apartment building in Eindhoven, they had to be able to give 100% in several different areas: they were to be both robust and aesthetically pleasing, as well as matching the building's red and grey exterior design and the bright apartment interiors.
Numerous demands – one solution: FIN-72 Step-line! PVC is durable, heat- and cold-resistant, as well as impervious to weather and water. PVC windows provide optimum insulation, making buildings not only energy-efficient but also cost-effective.
The Step-line design has a sober yet striking profile. The sash and frame, offset on the outside, combine to produce a strikingly stepped whole that recalls the traditional window – and is thus a perfect match for the exterior façade. The pearl white of the frames not only lights up the outside, but also illuminates the apartment interiors.
