Villa in the Eisack Valley

A prestigious villa, lacking for nothing in architectural comfort or luxury, had been built in Brixen in the 1980s. Its energy efficiency was now in need of upgrading. The installation of FIN-Project aluminium elements and the FIN-Vista system window wall ensured excellent thermal insulation values, maximising heat from the sun in winter while providing effective protection from summer heat. The elegant, narrow profiles of the window sashes, hardly visible from the outside, provide generous glass areas that in turn allow maximum light incidence throughout the building.
