This business hotel in a prime location near a major motorway junction (Turin-Milan, Milan-Lakes) on the outskirts of the city is, thanks to its use of renewable energy and sustainable architecture, Milan’s first 4-star superior hotel to meet climate Class A. This climate hotel consists of a 16-storey tower and a separate three-storey building. The north side of the tower is distinguished by its vertical garden, a natural filter for noise and dirt.

The idea of sustainability is not only realised through its architecture and its photovoltaic and solar technology, but also by its FIN-72 windows in the Twin version. The PVC used as the internal frame material is both durable and conserves resources. The FIN-Fix mounting frame forms an important interface between window and masonry, ensuring perfect tightness and making subsequent window replacement possible with no need for masonry work. The composite sashes significantly improve the thermal insulation and soundproofing.
