Single-family house in the Pyrenees

Finstral windows and lift-and-slide doors were fitted in a 2023-completed new-build in the heart of the Pyrenees. The Nova-line window sash with its frame-covering all-glass look and the ultra-slim, generously glazed lift-and-slide doors admit ample daylight into the indoor spaces. In doing so, they merge the interior and spacious garden into a single entity.

Finished in Mars Rust Brown mottled on both inside and outside, the aluminium window and lift-and-slide door frames sit harmoniously with the timber building’s overall composition. The core of Finstral’s windows and doors always comprises highly insulating uPVC, produced according to the company’s own formulation: Finstral uses only lead-free and thus fully recyclable uPVC in conjunction with a 23% proportion of recycled uPVC granulate. The outstanding insulation performance and recyclability of our window products thus make a major contribution to sustainability.
