This new build near Madrid is characterised by its division into a stone cube and a whitewashed building that contrast with each other. The effect is lightened by the windows and lift and slide doors, some of which are up to 2.6 metres in height. Finstral’s consistently modular product range enables the materials and colours of the exterior and interior of the window frames to be freely combined. Dark aluminium frames were chosen for the outer façade while, on the inside, the design of the windows was selected to match the interior of the home on a room-by-room basis: the elegant touch of darker aluminium in the living room contrasting with the sleek look of white PVC in the bedroom.

The slender Nova-line and Slim-line frame designs and large glass surfaces mean that the rooms are extremely light and airy; the Mediterran 2 solar control glass prevents overheating, together ensuring a pleasant indoor climate – even at the height of a Madrid summer.
