Les sites de production FINSTRAL sont des unités de taille adaptée pour garantir un processus de fabrication rationnel et flexible dans chaque branche de produits.
Le système informatique moderne centralisé permet de piloter le processus dans son intégralité, de l'étude à l'expédition en passant par le traitement des commandes, la production et l'expédition.
Le choix de différents sites de production décentralisés offre l'avantage de pouvoir faire appel à un potentiel de ressources local. La qualité de l'insertion des unités dans l'environnement est également prise en compte.
