Zertifizierte Qualität

Quality, safety and environmental protection are becoming an important part for the companies of all sectors. This is due, on the one hand, to the requirements of customers that pay great attention to the use of environmentally friendly and quality products, and on the other hand to the existing legislation. The quality of products is the main reason of our success. It is guaranteed by the safety of the products, by the services offered and by the attention given to the safeguard of natural resources.

In 1981 Finstral was the first foreign manufacturer in Germany to obtain the RAL quality certification for PVC windows.

In 1988 Finstral obtained the RAL quality certification for PVC windows profiles.

In 1993 Finstral obtained the quality certification for insulating glasses.

In 1997 Finstral obtained the RAL quality certification for the installation of windows and front doors.

In 1999 Finstral obtained the ISO certification. The ISO 9001 and 14001 certification audits, carried out by the "Institut für Fenstertechnik" (institute for the windows technologies) and by the "Süddeutsches Kunststoffzentrum" (PVC centre for southern Germany), confirmed that the standards adopted by Finstral with reference to quality, safety on the working place and the safeguard of the environment comply with international standards.

On 29th September 2005 Finstral passed the RH audit according to the standards DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and 14001:2005 successfully.

On 27th October 2006 Finstral passed the ISO audit according to the standards DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and 14001:2005 successfully.

Together with the RAL marks, the ISO certification has reinforced the constant commitment of Finstral towards quality. The ISO criterion, according to which the production must be constantly improved, is strictly followed by working groups and is guaranteed by internal and external inspections.

The guarantee requirements concerning the quality of production, the safety on the working place and the environmental safeguard are all integrated into a single Finstral management system. This kind of integrated management for quality, safety and the environment is based on the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and RAL regulations.

1. The RAL quality mark defines and guarantees the quality of the product and the quality controls.

2. The ISO 9001 regulation establishes the qualitative criteria according to which every single sector works, such as the research and development department, the manufacturing and installation department and the technical assistance department.

3. The ISO 14001 regulation envisages the adoption of constant preventive and innovative measures for the environmental protection and the safety on the working place. The existing regulations and laws must be strictly complied with.
